Cisco Live 2025

A dynamic, immersive digital experience designed to position Cisco as a leader in the evolving AI landscape. Created as a centrepiece of the AI Hub at Cisco Live, the installation invited visitors to explore the future of AI through engaging, visually driven content and interactive storytelling.

Working in collaboration with George P. Johnson, I led the end-to-end production of the experience, ensuring seamless integration between creative, digital and physical elements within a high-profile live environment.

Key responsibilities included:

- Acting as primary client contact, managing relationships and communications on behalf of the agency
- Owning and maintaining the project budget, ensuring delivery aligned with financial targets
- Overseeing the production and digital teams as the installation combined a bespoke interactive journey with a custom stand build
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across production, digital, graphics and design to deliver a cohesive experience
- Leading onsite delivery, overseeing installation, troubleshooting and live event operations
